Who We Are

Bonjour Girls is a New York–based, global women’s community dedicated to empowerment, growth, and connection.

We bring together women from diverse cultural, professional, and personal backgrounds through thoughtfully designed events, content, and community programs.

What started as a local initiative has grown into an international network across North America, Europe, and Asia — led by women who believe in building meaningful impact together.

We are not just organizing events.

We are building a long-term support system for women.

Program Team｜Event Operations (2–3 roles)

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of online and offline events

  • Coordinate timelines, run-of-show, speakers, and logistics

  • Assist with on-site event operations and post-event follow-ups

  • Help document processes and improve event workflows

Requirements

  • Based in NYC or nearby (for in-person roles)

  • Strong organization and execution skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments

  • Experience in events, student orgs, or communities is a plus

Partnerships & Funding Team (2 roles)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to potential sponsors and partners

  • Support sponsorship decks, proposals, and follow-ups

  • Assist with funding strategy for large-scale events

  • Maintain partnership records and timelines

Requirements

  • Strong business communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable with outreach and relationship management

  • Background in BD, consulting, marketing, or sales is a plus

Member & System Team｜SDE / Product (2 roles)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain member databases, portals, or internal tools

  • Support event registration, check-in, and member management systems

  • Collaborate with ops team on system automation

Requirements

  • Professional experience with software development or system architecture

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered mindset

  • Passion for technology, interest or experience in UX/UI design or platforms tailored to women is a plus

Asian Women Community Team (1–2 roles)

Responsibilities

  • Support and grow Asian women–focused community initiatives

  • Help plan culturally relevant programs, discussions, and events

  • Manage relationships with community members and partners

  • Build and manage relationships with community members and partners

  • Contribute to content and event ideation/promotion

Requirements

  • Passion for Asian / Asian women communities and mission-driven work

  • Excellent communication skills with strong cultural sensitivity

  • Organized, proactive, and reliable Community-building / event planning experience is plus

Marketing Team｜Content & Social Media (2–3 roles)

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, WeChat)

  • Create content plans, copy, and event promotions

  • Support brand storytelling and campaign execution

  • Track performance and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • Strong writing and content sensibility

  • Interest in branding, storytelling, and women-focused narratives

  • Prior social media or marketing experience is a plus

Design Team｜Visual & Brand Design (2 roles)

Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets for events, social media, and website

  • Maintain and evolve Bonjour Girls’ brand visual identity

  • Support design needs for different chapters and programs

  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams

Requirements

  • Proficient in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools

  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and iterate based on feedback

  • Prior design or creative experience preferred

Podcast & Media Team｜Audio / Video Editor (1 role)

Responsibilities

  • Edit podcast audio and short-form video content

  • Support media assets for social media and website

  • Improve storytelling flow and content quality

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Experience with audio or video editing tools

  • Strong sense of pacing and storytelling

  • Portfolio or sample work preferred
